A Landscape Architect can be used at the onset of a project to layout roads, divide properties and place structures. We can also identify site constraints, focal points and incorporate existing site amenities to provide a cohesive design and great use of space. Along with drawing planting plans, irrigation design and lighting layouts and construction details, we can serve as preliminary general contractors when starting a project and will often work in tandem with other disciplines including Architects, Engineers, Real Estate Brokers, Contractors and City Officials.
