Call or email us to schedule a time to review your project and decide where to begin. It could be as simple as a sketch or a full-blown master plan. We can assist you in getting bids from reputable contractors and help compare them apples-to-apples. Once we move past the bidding stage, we can provide on-site supervision and be the go-between for you and the contractors. When completed, we will do a walk-through with punch list to make sure everything is finished to your satisfaction.

First Visit:
The first on-site meeting is used to analyze the existing conditions and project parameters. We will consider where the sun and shade are prevalent, slopes and drainage issues , along with any architectural elements that influence the overall design. We will then make a site plan using existing information by taking measurements and elevations.
All projects are developed using AutoCAD. The base plan will include major elements that will affect the overall site design. Once you are satisfied with the direction of the design, we will refine the plans to reflect your vision and can incorporate everything from planting plans, hardscapes, outdoor kitchens, fire pits, irrigation and lighting.
